StructureCare is seeking a Project Manager to oversee sales support and project management for projects in the Chicago market. You’ll plan, develop, and direct all aspects of assigned projects to maximize profitability and exceed client expectations, including vendor management and change orders.

Responsibilities cover budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with structural engineers and clients. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field and strong communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, drawings, specs, building materials and standards.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Accurate and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.

Mansioni

• Communicate with Client Services Manager (sales) to coordinate vendor network availability for project execution.
• Coordinate with Structural Engineers regarding scope development, estimating and technical questions.
• Prepare, review and update project budgets, schedules, construction plans and progress.
• Execute subcontractor Statements of Work and Change Orders as necessary.
• Supervise site logistics and subcontractor activity to meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Review and approve subcontractor payment requisitions.
• Prepare owner payment requisitions.
• Work with customers to resolve issues within the contract scope.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships through excellent service and problem-solving abilities.

The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of sales support and project management for StructureCare working in the Chicago market. This includes vendor management, proposal development and oversight of repair and restoration projects.

EXPERIENCE,TRAINING,AND/OREDUCATIONREQUIRED:
