In this role, you will manage, monitor, and implement IT projects within the healthcare sector, leading complex projects and high-value clients. You will:

• Manage client relationships in collaboration with sales management.
• Ensure project activities align with expected timelines, costs, and revenues.
• Manage project risks proactively to prevent and mitigate issues.
• Coordinate activities across company teams involved in project implementation.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with clients.
• Oversee the progress of internal work with clients.
• Handle economic and financial aspects of projects, including costs, revenues, and invoicing.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the hospital and healthcare market.
• Understanding of clinical processes (EHR, Surgery, First Aid, Oncology, Therapy, Laboratory/LIMS).
• Experience managing complex healthcare IT projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent reporting skills using various tools.
• Ability to analyze and implement strategies for successful project delivery.
• Leadership skills to coordinate project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of public health processes.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Prince2 / PMP certification.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge of CAD and AGID guidelines for public administration.
• Understanding of Conip conventions.
• Fluency in English.
