We are pioneering new digital technologies such as 4G mobile communications, cryptography, cloud computing, and big data for use in physical protection systems and critical information systems.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of the project and its results.

He/she manages projects related to Security, Communication, IT, and Civil Infrastructure integration, ensuring the achievement of all objectives (technical, operational, economic, financial, and business) within the defined schedule and budget, with the expected quality and safety standards. The Project Manager leads and manages project execution and implementation, coordinating with customers and company functions.

He/she is responsible for all aspects of managing a complex project, utilizing proper processes, methodologies, best practices, techniques, and tools of Project Management.

The Project Manager oversees the project team, ensuring efficient direction and coordination aligned with the company's organization.

He/she ensures the satisfactory completion of the contract, focusing on quality, HSE, timelines, costs, resources, and client satisfaction to ensure successful project delivery.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Managing the project to meet targets, customer satisfaction, employer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Ensuring the project is managed correctly, delivering predefined results on time, within budget, and with the expected quality.
  • Ensuring full compliance with safety requirements and the safety plan throughout the project, in cooperation with the Safety Manager.
  • Being accountable for project profitability, sales, and costs.
  • Planning and coordinating project activities and resources with team members and other company functions to meet contract milestones.
  • Managing contractual aspects of the project.
  • Supervising and controlling the production and integration of project-related systems, including supply chain management and interfacing with suppliers and engineering teams.
  • Monitoring project progress against the planned schedule.
  • Monthly profit monitoring, identifying, and implementing action plans to maximize profit.
  • Supervising system engineers and customer service during commissioning, maintenance, and warranty phases, with support from the Project Design Authority.
  • Supporting the preparation and validation of the project Statement of Work, confirming scope, contractual issues, and risk assumptions.
  • Establishing the project structure, including management and team organization.
  • Setting up the project team and assigning roles and responsibilities.
  • Managing project risks, contingency plans, and mitigation strategies.

Managing activities related to Variations to Contractual Scope of Work with the employer and team.

  • Ensuring resources adhere to corporate values, the Code of Ethics, and HSE regulations.
  • Focusing on proactive risk and opportunity management.
  • Prioritizing customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Prerequisites and Skills:

  • University degree in Electronic, Telecommunication, or Informatics Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Proficiency in Italian (native preferred) and English for international interactions.
