Eligo Recruitment cerca un Project Manager per soluzioni Power Data Centre in Toscana, ibrido. Gestirai progetti dall’ideazione alla consegna di sistemi di generazione energetica, backup power e BESS per clienti Data Centre.

Il ruolo richiede ≥5 anni di esperienza in PM in contesti ingegneristici, laurea in ingegneria elettrica/meccanica, conoscenza di Data Centre, energy storage e gestione progetti complessi. Leadership cross‑funzionale tra Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing e Sales.

Competenze

• 5+ years di Project Management in contesti ingegneristici o industriali.
• Laurea in ingegneria elettrica/meccanica o equivalente.
• Esperienza in Data Centre, generation, energy storage o infrastrutture critiche.
• Conoscenza di BESS, energy storage o backup power.
• Gestione di progetti complessi con interfacce cliente/ingegneria.

Mansioni

• Gestire progetti dall’ideazione fino alla consegna.
• Interfaccia chiave tra cliente e team interni (Engineering & RD, Procurement & Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales).
• Garantire consegna nei tempi, within scope e agli standard tecnici richiesti.
• Collaborare con Vendite/Business Development su nuove opportunità Data Centre.

What if your next Data Centre project wasn't just one building, one campus or one construction programme?

I'm working with a major international power and energy solutions manufacturer that is making a significant investment in the growth of its Data Centre business across Europe.

They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Project Engineering team in Tuscany and take ownership of customised power solutions being designed, manufactured and delivered to Data Centre customers.

This is a manufacturer-side role, giving you exposure across multiple Data Centre projects and customers rather than tying you to the delivery of one individual site.

You’ll manage projects from inception through to delivery, acting as the key interface between the customer and internal teams across:

Engineering & R&D

Procurement & Supply Chain

Manufacturing & Production

Quality

Sales & Business Development

Customer delivery

You’ll be working with technology including power generation, backup power and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required technical standards.

You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside Sales and Business Development on new Data Centre opportunities, providing technical input and feasibility assessments as the business continues to grow.

Who are we looking for?

You’ll ideally bring:

• 5+ years' Project Management experience within an engineering or industrial environment
• An Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering degree
• Experience within Data Centres, power generation, critical power or energy infrastructure
• Knowledge of BESS, energy storage and/or backup power solutions
• Experience managing complex customer-facing engineering projects
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, procurement and manufacturing
• Fluent English
• Flexibility for occasional international travel

Experience directly within Data Centres would be highly advantageous, but I'm equally interested in speaking with Project Managers from power generation, critical power, energy storage and complex engineered equipment/OEM environments.

The role is based near Siena, Tuscany, with regular presence at the company's HQ required.

Salary up to €80,000, depending on experience.

This could be a particularly interesting move for someone who wants to stay close to the technical side of Data Centres while moving into a global manufacturer with ambitious plans for this market. xlwpduy
