Intensa SpA, entreprise innovante et dynamique, recherche un Project Manager pour diriger des projets clés en soutien à la stratégie commerciale. Le rôle implique de définir des stratégies de gouvernance, de suivre l'avancement et d'assurer la livraison dans les contraintes de temps et de budget. Ce poste est basé à Turin ou Milan avec une option de travail flexible.

Project Manager

As part of our growth and positioning as a digital innovation leader, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to processes and tools, supporting the company's business objectives.

Main activities

1. Define project governance strategies
2. Create and monitor project plans
3. Manage internal and external project SALs
4. Track schedules, margins, and financials
5. Assist in solution design
6. Address critical issues with effective solutions to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
7. Manage change requests during project execution
8. Optimize delivery phases for efficiency and quality
9. Identify risks and develop mitigation actions
10. Ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders are aligned

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Ability to manage complex change programs
• Experience in service strategy and solution implementation projects
• Knowledge of governance, regulatory compliance, platform evolution, and process digitization
• Interest in IT strategy issues

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Humanities, Philosophy, Communication Sciences, or related fields with relevant experience
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1-B2 level)
