The Project Manager is responsible for managing a set of projects from launch to completion, ensuring compliance with cost, time, and quality standards, mitigating risks, and managing critical issues promptly.

1. Technical and economic project management
2. Maintaining continuous communication with customers and team members (designers, buyers, test engineers, installers)
3. Clearly and completely communicating project requirements
4. Ensuring design, purchasing, and production activities meet customer requirements
5. Planning, organizing, and coordinating projects (Gantt, WBS, critical resource control)
6. Monitoring progress against deadlines
7. Monitoring costs and deviations from budgets

Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, industrial, or electronic) with at least 1 year of industrial sector experience, or a Technical Institute Diploma with at least 5 years of experience.

Key requirements include:

• Passion for industrial machinery, especially leak testing/tightness control
• Basic knowledge in engineering fields such as mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, vacuum technology, process engineering, instrumentation, industrial automation, PLC programming, software engineering, machine safety, and industrial production management
• Knowledge of project management techniques and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP software
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proactivity, problem-solving attitude, and goal orientation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork ability and leadership qualities
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Ability to oversee projects and analyze details critically

Additional requirements:

• Availability to work in Calvignasco (MI) or Cornate d'Adda (MB)
• Occasional travel to customer sites in Italy and abroad
• Master's degree in Engineering
• Experience in industrial project management
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince, Agile)
• Experience as a designer of industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, software, or fluidic)
• Knowledge of Spanish language
