Within the IBO Corporate Engineering Team , the Project Manager will coordinate and execute assigned CapEx and non-CapEx projects. The PM will support manufacturing sites (Vicenza, Cadempino, Haikou, and Barueri) in project planning, monitoring progress, and overseeing financial management, providing technical and managerial expertise to the manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution of assigned projects in terms of timelines, costs, and quality.
• Draft and formalize project specifications (URS) to identify equipment and plant requirements.
• Manage approval processes for new CapEx projects, including preparation and issuance of IM forms.
• Participate in supplier scouting, evaluation, and tendering processes.
• Support drafting of supplier contracts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual execution standards for successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with corporate and site functions to implement projects effectively.
• Support local technical services on technology choices and maintenance modifications.
• Harmonize manufacturing site standards, including automation and quality standards.
• Review and implement corporate processes and guidelines.
• Comply with Legislative Decree 81 / 2008 as a “Worker” (Art. 20).

Education & Experience

Solid experience as Project Engineer and Project Manager in sterile pharmaceutical environments, including greenfield / brownfield projects.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (oral solids & sterile).

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with international pharma standards and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.).

Basic understanding of construction regulations and technical drawing tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

Good command of English.
