About Electrip "Electrip” is a global partnership in electric vehicle charging (EVC) and energy services areas between Wren House Infrastructure LP (WH), a direct subsidiary of Kuwait Investment Authority, and the leading global energy company Zorlu Energy.

As the dynamic player of the ever-evolving mobility system, “Electrip” aims to power up electric vehicle ecosystem and sustainable transportation, making the lives of its users easier with the nature-friendly travel experience and end-to-end solutions it offers.

Electrip Italy" has been established in Italy in order to pursue its activities and projects covering electrical vehicle charging station sales, instalment and operation activities abroad with its subsidiaries

We are looking for a " Project Manager " for our Electrip Italy team.

About the Team – Project Delivery

We are the most agile team in the company, driving end-to-end systems and project management. From digital processes to operational execution, we ensure all systems work efficiently and align with strategic goals. We value innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive project management experience , with at least 3-5 years in senior leadership roles

Proven consultancy background with experience managing client relationships and complex engagements

Track record of successfully delivering projects with budgets exceeding €1M+

Strong tech acumen, with the ability to leverage technology for business solutions. Previous experience in tech-driven environments will be a significant plus.

Core Competencies :

Expert-level proficiency in Excel, advanced data analysis, and business intelligence tools

Strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to influence organizational direction and long-term planning

Proven experience building and scaling teams, processes, and operational frameworks

Deep tech expertise with experience leading digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments

Executive-level communication skills with ability to present to C-suite and board members

Experience managing cross-functional teams and matrix organizations

Tasks & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership :

Define and execute enterprise-wide project portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities

Lead organizational change management initiatives and drive digital transformation across business units

Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks across the organization

Operational Excellence :

Oversee multiple concurrent projects with combined budgets of €5M+, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams of 10+ members, including junior and mid-level project managers

Serve as primary executive consultant to C-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and risk assessment for critical business initiatives

Process Innovation :

Design and implement scalable project management frameworks that support organizational growth and operational efficiency

Champion advanced lean and agile methodologies, driving continuous improvement initiatives that measurably impact business performance

Establish KPI frameworks and executive reporting systems that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Desired Skills and Competencies

Leadership & Management :

Advanced leadership capabilities with experience managing P&L responsibility and cross-functional teams

Proven ability to influence without authority and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups

Experience developing talent pipelines and succession planning for project management roles

Technical Expertise :

Expert knowledge of multiple project management methodologies. Certifications are a plus (PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum)

Hands-on experience with enterprise project management tools (e.G., Microsoft Project Server, Smartsheet, Jira Advanced)

Advanced proficiency in business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data-driven decision making

Strategic Capabilities :

Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation initiatives with measurable ROI impact

Deep understanding of emerging technologies and ability to assess their strategic value for business applications

Proven track record of managing complex stakeholder ecosystems including clients, vendors, and internal teams

Experience with risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance in regulated environments
