Job Description:

Within the Defence Business area, we are seeking a Junior Project Manager for our La Spezia office.

Main responsibilities:

1. Manage international program progress and milestones, updating Project Plans (GANTT) using Microsoft Project.
2. Plan and manage costs/revenues, margins, invoicing, and collections on relevant contracts using SAP.
3. Conduct risk analysis and maintain risk registers.
4. Manage and prepare periodic Minutes of Meeting for IPTs, assigning tasks and deadlines.
5. Support sales activities for IPT Munizionamento products.
6. Prepare economic plans (Valcom) for bids and contracts.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (5-year) in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other engineering disciplines.
• 2-3 years of experience (Junior level).
• Technical skills: Project Management, Risk Management.
• Behavioral skills: Teamwork, eagerness to learn and improve.
• Language skills: English B2 / FCE Cambridge.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, SAP (preferred).
• Other: Availability for up to 5 days of travel abroad.
