Job Title: Project Manager

We are a solid industrial context operating in the metalworking sector, seeking a Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing projects related to the design, construction, and installation of plants.

Qualifications include skills in managing industrial projects, coordination, and client relations.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage projects from the proposal phase to delivery and commissioning of plants.
2. Coordinate internal teams (technical office, production, logistics, assembly) to ensure adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards.
3. Interface with clients for operational management and compliance with contractual requirements.
4. Monitor project progress and manage any critical issues or changes during execution.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations in the industrial plant sector.
6. Prepare reports and periodic updates on project status.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Management Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize.
• Good communication skills and teamworking ability.
• Availability for national and international travel.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

We consider both senior profiles and junior profiles with 2-3 years of experience. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
