Project Manager

INTESA is a Kyndryl company with over 30 years of experience. We design and develop innovative digital services to create useful and inclusive platforms, using the latest technologies.

As part of our growth and positioning as a digital innovation leader, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to processes and tools, supporting the company's business objectives.

Main activities

• Define project governance strategies
• Create and monitor project plans
• Prepare and oversee internal/external project SALs
• Track schedules, margins, and financial statements
• Support solution design efforts
• Manage critical issues, proposing solutions to ensure timely and budget compliance
• Handle evolutionary requests during project execution
• Optimize delivery phases for efficiency and quality
• Identify risks and develop mitigation actions
• Ensure project objectives are met and stakeholders are aligned

Requirements

• Previous experience as a PM
• Ability to manage complex change programs
• Experience in defining new service strategies and solution implementation
• Knowledge of governance initiatives, regulatory compliance, platform evolution, and process digitization
• Interest in IT strategy issues

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Engineering
• Relevant work experience in Humanities, Philosophy, Communication Sciences, or similar fields
• Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level)
