Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a

Project Management Specialist

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12-month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

CCNL Metalworking Industry, level B1, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus meal vouchers.

Possibility of smart working.

Annual salary: €28,000 - €34,000

Experience: 1 year

Responsibilities

The resource, at Gas Technology Services, will be responsible for:

• Developing an integrated program plan across all functions with milestones, deliverables, resources, and required funding to carry out the development, and keeping it updated.
• Engaging the multifunctional team carrying out the program, including Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Suppliers, etc.
• Ensuring the execution of program activities on time and within budget, meeting product cost requirements, and overseeing design, development, testing, verification, and validation.
• Applying Project Management best practices from other NPD projects to improve project plan execution.
• Providing metrics on project status.

Qualifications / Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Primavera planning tool.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong positive attitude towards performance and teamwork.
• Team-building attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Italian.

• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong systems thinking capability.
