Baker Hughes is seeking a CTS Project Manager in Italy to lead project delivery within Climate Technology Solutions. You will be accountable for P&L, customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams on complex EPC-like projects in the energy transition space.

The role requires an engineering degree, 3+ years in project management, and strong English communication. You should be ready to travel internationally and contribute to innovative execution models for large-scale projects.

Joining the Extended Scope team, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of complex projects, innovative products, related activities and resources.

As CTS Project Manager you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions you will be responsible for:

• driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments
• being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes
• making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets
• addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out
• acting as innovator, creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies
• Leading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies
• Covering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs. Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a degree in engineering and 3-years’ experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs companies
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English with solid presentation skills.
• Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills
• Be proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash
• Have a thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management
• Have good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storage
• Be able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations
• Have a project management certification from accredited institute (eg. PMP, IPMA)

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 45,087 To 83,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
