A training company in Italy is looking for a PMP Trainer to conduct annual training courses. The ideal candidate must have PMP certification and at least 3 years of training experience in project management. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary, along with a solid understanding of ISO standards. Applicants must pass security checks including a mission visa and CIA training compliance. This role is contract-based with a Monday to Friday work schedule.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management Training & facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 21502 Project Management Standards.
• Must pass Italian Air Force security clearance.

Mansioni

• Conduct PMP Training Courses for 15 students each.
• Train personnel on PMBOK and best practices.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct 4 PMP Training Courses per year, each lasting 35 hours with 15 students per class.
2. Train personnel on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and best practices.
3. Guide students in preparing for PMP certification exams and project execution.
4. Assist in curriculum updates, training material development, and exam preparation.
5. Report training outcomes and student progress to NAVSUPPACT leadership.

Required Qualifications

1. PMP Certification from PMI or an equivalent organization.
2. 3+ years of experience in Project Management Training & facilitation.
3. Experience in DoD or Federal Contracting Environments (preferred).
4. Strong knowledge of ISO 21502 Project Management Standards.
5. Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Security & Compliance Requirements:
   • Background Check
   • Must pass Italian Air Force security clearance
   • Mission Visa (required before working in Italy; Tourist Visa not accepted)
   • Cybersecurity Compliance: Completion of DoD Information Assurance (IA) training

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (local time)
