Do you want to impress with your organizational talent and proactive approach? Are you ready to support executives, entrepreneurs, and project managers at the highest level?

Possible Tasks in Our Cross-Industry Client Projects:

  1. Interface functions with all management levels, clients, and teams (stakeholder management)
  2. Project coordination and Project Management Office (PMO), which is the organizational backbone of large-scale projects
  3. Creating and revising professional presentations and charts for a C-Level audience
  4. Reporting and controlling tasks
  5. Preparation and follow-up of meetings and workshops
  6. Executive support as a virtual PA / EA, focusing on calendar management
  7. Proven experience in assistant or PMO roles (project assistant, junior project manager, PMO consultant, project controlling, executive assistant, virtual assistant)
  8. Strong multitasking and time management skills, enjoyment in second-line management
  9. Hands-on mentality, flexibility, and willingness to travel to Germany if needed
  10. Confident communication and professional demeanor when interacting with demanding executives
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with tools like SharePoint, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Miro
  12. Completed studies (e.g., humanities, social sciences, business administration, foreign languages) or vocational training
  13. Nice to have: experience with agile methods like Scrum and project management certifications such as IPMA, Prince2
