Our Italian branch, SMS group S.p.A., employs over 500 staff across three locations: Tarcento (Udine), San Donato Milanese (Milan), and Genoa. We specialize in the production of innovative, turn-key plants, including hot and cold rolling mills for flat products, process lines, reheating furnaces, heat treatment lines, rolling mills for long products, meltshops, and continuous casting machines.

We are currently looking for a:

• Management of shipments for transport activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, order objectives, and national and international regulations related to shipments, customs, and insurance;
• Preparation and control of documents related to the negotiation of letters of credit;
• Management of accompanying documentation and goods storage;
• Good negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of national and international regulations in the sector (e.g., INCOTERMS);
• Understanding of applicable accounting and tax rules;
• Excellent English language skills;
• Basic product knowledge and operational familiarity with IT tools such as SAP for planning and order management;
• Accuracy, good organizational skills, flexibility, and a goal-oriented attitude;
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
