Une entreprise dynamique en plein essor recherche un 'Project Leader' pour soutenir le Directeur Général. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme en ingénierie et des compétences en gestion de projets, tout en s'engageant à guider et motiver son équipe pour atteindre des objectifs spécifiques. Ce rôle exige aussi de superviser les aspects techniques des projets et d’apporter une expertise en gestion énergétique et territoriale.

Competenze

• Bac en ingénierie (préférablement en énergie ou ingénierie environnementale).
• Compétences en gestion de projets et supervision technique.
• Expérience dans la gestion d'équipe et le travail avec des parties prenantes externes.

• Identification des cibles du projet et gestion des budgets.

Description

The growth of the portfolio and the opening of a new market require the addition of a figure to fill the role of Project Leader to support the General Manager.

The Project Leader is a professional who clearly identifies objectives and ensures that projects are completed, leading the individuals involved in the finalization of projects, both internal and external to the company, towards the achievement of the predefined goals. They engage the project team, motivating and constantly aligning them with the company guidelines, significantly contributing to problem-solving by coordinating technical structures with administrative ones and with the managerial level; they take care of individual team members to foster a collaborative atmosphere aimed at achieving results. They participate in top-level management meetings to stay constantly aligned with the company’s objectives and strategies and to report critical elements or innovative suggestions that arise from the executive phase of project design and governance nuclei.

The tasks that characterize the role of the Project Leader revolve around guiding the team throughout the project, whose results are their responsibility, relying on a clear project vision, team members, and coordinating individuals to add value to the project. They analyze and supervise the technical aspects, verifying and giving final approval to the project before delivery to the client.

REQUIRED ACTIVITIES

• Identification of project targets;
• Drafting the budget for assigned activities;
• Monitoring economic and time deviations from project baselines;
• Identifying corrective actions to implement predictive budget scenarios;
• Managing internal and external personnel (suppliers) during operations;
• Acting as a technical interface between customer needs, internal structure, and third parties involved;
• Monitoring and controlling the progress of design work;
• Analyzing and supervising the technical part of the project, approving its contents before delivery to the client;
• Producing reports for management;
• Interfacing with administrative structures and staff;
• Scheduling and monitoring the design activities stage up to delivery to the end customer;

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Use of Project Management programs;
• Attitude, knowledge, and competence in using ERP systems (Odoo platform used);
• Knowledge and competence in technological platforms dedicated to Energy Management and Environmental Territory;
• Skills for development activities on open-source platforms : Odoo;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
