Your opportunity

As Project Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our stretch film secondary packaging products, managing project timelines and deliverables, crafting compelling sales proposals. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and sales acumen to drive product success and meet client needs.

Your Mission

Product Management Support

1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
2. Collaborate with secondary Packaging Product Manager and with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to ensure successful product launches and updates.
3. Analyze data to inform product strategy and development.
4. Gather and prioritize customer requirements.

Sales Proposal Management

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop tailored proposals.
2. Create and present compelling sales proposals that highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions.
3. Ensure proposals are aligned with product capabilities and company objectives.
4. Track proposal outcomes and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Project Management

1. Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
3. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
4. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in product management, project management, and sales proposal development.
3. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and project management methodologies.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
