In the frame of the Traiborne Onboard business in Italy, in compliance with EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Installation Supervisor oversees operational coordination of all project activities related to Site Works, including:

1. Prepare installation work and confirm readiness of installation execution (4M checklist)
2. Ensure the handover and handback of the train for ALSTOM
3. Train and support the Installation Workers and Sub-contractors on the working fronts under his/her responsibility, clarifying doubts and task priorities
4. Supervise execution of Installation - on trackside and/or onboard - independently if performed by Alstom workers, Sub-contractors, or Customer / Partner / Third Party
5. Ensure compliance of Installation activities with D&IS Installation and FO Process
6. Apply the Work Method Statement (WMS) / Installation procedures according to design documentation, report any deviations found or needed
7. Make sure the EHS requirements and special processes are clearly included in the WMS
8. Report to the PrYM/PrSOM/PrFOM the field activities progress and any issues or findings in the execution, including non-conformities to communicate to the Quality team
9. Ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the required productivity, and in line with quality standards
10. Ensure and support the Handover process to T&C team / Customer
11. Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
12. Ensure the strict application of EHS rules by the installation workers (including Sub-contractors)

Performance measurements

• OTD (On Time Delivery) for site activities
• Quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation, and reporting on progress and issues
