Job summary

Medici Senza Frontiere ETS in Sicily seeks an HR/Administration/Finance Coordinator to manage cross-functional HR, administrative and financial activities for a migrant/refugee program. The role ensures legal compliance, budget integrity, and timely reporting to reflect project performance.

You will supervise payroll, contracts, and MoU procedures with partners, while supporting staff development and security of resources. Fluency in Italian and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in finance, management (business, HR) or administration.
• Essential working experience of at least 2 years in same role.
• Desirable experience with MSF or other NGOs.
• Desirable experience in migration context.
• Desirable experience in supply management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement HR, Admin and Financial activities and policies per MSF protocols.
• Monitor project HR and Financial needs and budget; ensure staffing and funds per contracts.
• Lead recruitment, training, briefing, induction, evaluation and staff development processes.
