Nadara is a leading renewable energy platform shaping long-term value through sophisticated project finance modelling. You will join the Valuation team to build and develop models for wind, solar and storage, supporting acquisitions and investment cases for Senior Management and the Investment Committee.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of project finance modelling and valuation experience.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure with IPP/MA/transaction services.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to build complex project finance models from scratch.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or quantitative field.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience supporting MA transactions and due diligence (nice to have).
• Familiarity with electricity markets and revenue mechanisms (PPAs, CfDs, etc.).
• Experience coordinating advisors on complex transactions.
• VBA/Power Query or Excel automation skills.

Mansioni

• Build robust project finance models for wind, solar and storage.
• Perform debt sizing, debt sculpting, financing waterfalls, covenant modelling, refinancing scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct DCF and NAV valuations for assets and portfolios.
• Contribute to the Group's valuation model and long-term planning.
• Prepare investment analyses for Senior Management and the Investment Committee.
• Support MA transactions through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
• Challenge assumptions to assess value and risk.
• Improve modelling standards and transparency across the team.
