Nadala's Valuation team is looking for a skilled professional to build and develop project finance models for wind, solar and storage projects, supporting acquisitions and investment cases.

You will contribute to the group's strategic valuation framework, performing DCF/NAV analyses and guiding senior management through complex scenarios in a highly technical environment with real impact.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in project finance modelling and valuation.
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure within IPP/advisory/ M&A.
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to build complex project finance models independently from a blank workbook.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and valuation methods.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Build project finance models from scratch for wind, solar and storage.
• Develop debt sizing, sculpting, financing waterfalls, covenants, refinancing scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
• Perform DCF and NAV valuations for assets and portfolios.
• Support strategic valuation model and long-term business planning.
• Prepare investment analyses for Senior Management and Investment Committee.
• Assist M&A transactions through financial analysis and scenario modelling.
