TÜV Rheinland Group in Milano seeks a PROJECT EXPEDITING/INSPECTION COORDINATOR to support expediting, inspections, and QA throughout engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover.

You will coordinate supplier and subcontractor activities, manage ITPs, QA documentation and non-conformance resolution, and ensure compliance with ISO/ASME/API/EN standards across Italian and international sites.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma tecnico or engineering degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in inspection, QA/QC, fabrication, construction or project quality coordination.
• Familiarity with EPC project phases and quality tools (ITP, Quality Plan, NCR, punch list).
• Knowledge of international codes (ISO, ASME, API, ASTM, EN, IEC, AWS).
• Good command of English, MS Office, and experience with document control/ERP.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and monitor expediting activities with suppliers and workshops per project milestones.
• Manage supplier relations, hold progress meetings, and support recovery plans and corrective actions.
• Plan and coordinate inspections and tests at suppliers and sites per project requirements.
• Verify and maintain technical/inspection/quality documentation (ITP, checklists, certificates, dossiers).
• Track hold/punch/witness points and support handover and travel to project sites.

Job Summary

Per conto di un nostro cliente operante nel settore Oil & Gas, siamo alla ricerca di un/a:

PROJECT EXPEDITING/INSPECTION COORDINATOR

La risorsa sarà assunta da TÜV Rheinland e opererà presso il cliente, supportando il coordinamento delle attività di ispezione e controllo qualità durante le diverse fasi del progetto: engineering, procurement, fabbricazione, costruzione, commissioning e handover.

Attività

• Coordinare e monitorare le attività di expediting delle forniture assegnate presso fornitori, subfornitori e officine produttive, verificando il rispetto di piani di produzione, date contrattuali e milestone di progetto.
• Gestire i rapporti operativi con fornitori, subappaltatori e stakeholder di progetto, organizzando meeting di avanzamento, solleciti e follow-up su ritardi o criticità e supportando la definizione di recovery plan e azioni correttive.
• Pianificare e coordinare le attività di ispezione e test presso fornitori, siti produttivi e cantieri, verificando la conformità di materiali, apparecchiature e attività di fabbricazione, installazione e testing rispetto ai requisiti di progetto e agli standard applicabili.
• Gestire e verificare la documentazione tecnica, ispettiva e di qualità, inclusi ITP, checklist, inspection request, report, certificati, registri, tracker, quality dossier e Manufacturing Record Book, garantendone completezza, tracciabilità e disponibilità ai fini della consegna.
• Monitorare hold point, witness point, non conformità, punch list e azioni correttive fino alla chiusura; predisporre la reportistica di avanzamento e supportare le attività di handover, accettazione finale e le trasferte presso fornitori in Italia e all’estero.

Requisiti

• Diploma tecnico o laurea in discipline ingegneristiche o tecniche affini.
• Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in attività di inspection, QA/QC, fabrication, construction o project quality coordination, preferibilmente in contesti EPC, industriali, energetici o Oil & Gas.
• Buona conoscenza delle fasi di progetto EPC e dei principali strumenti di qualità, quali ITP, Quality Plan, non-conformance report, punch list e quality dossier.
• Familiarità con i principali codici e standard internazionali applicabili, quali ISO, ASME, API, ASTM, EN, IEC e AWS.
• Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di welding, controlli non distruttivi, tracciabilità dei materiali, pressure test e controlli dimensionali.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.
• Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office; gradita esperienza con sistemi di document control, ERP e strumenti di project management.
• Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione, attenzione al dettaglio e capacità di gestire più attività e interlocutori in un contesto progettuale dinamico.
• Disponibilità a trasferte presso fornitori, siti produttivi e cantieri.
