Our driving force is to accelerate success for our customers, people and planet.*The Service Division Team is looking for a **Project Manager in Monza site.***Management Level: Individual contributor**Reporting to: Project Execution Manager***Who you are**We are looking for a person with:* Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.* Personal drive and strong commitment to achieve assigned goals.* Communication capabilities.* Flexibility and customer oriented.* Ability to build and maintain relationships.* Team building.**About the job**Responsible for managing customer Project to ensure contract fulfillment, including technical, time plan, cost control, resource/supply chain management, site supervision, commissioning, start up and Handover to Customer and Service Organization.Key responsabilities:* Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given frame and budget.* Manage project on time, on specification and on budget.* Stakeholder management and communication.* Report to steering committee (internal and external)* Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.* Monitor progress and performance against the project plan and control the cost to avoid deviation.* Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.* Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project.* Coordinate with other areas in the organization and external suppliers, to secure the project delivery.* Project supervise on site: participation to start-up and commissioning together with internal or external service engineer.* Handover to Customer and After Sales Service Organization.* Trouble-shooting management during warranty period.**What you know**Priority will be given to:* Bachelor’s degree preferred in mechanical engineering* 3-5 years experiences with Project Management in industrial sector.* Fluent written and spoken English.* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
