SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962, offering services related to pipeline installation and ancillary facilities for oil, gas, and water transmission and distribution on an international basis.

We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager

for one of our upcoming projects in Iraq.

The Project Engineering Manager will manage and supervise engineering activities, define solutions to engineering problems during construction, and coordinate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include interfacing with project managers, clients, authorities, and internal teams; managing resources; preparing reports; coordinating design and construction activities; managing document control; supporting procurement; troubleshooting pipeline design; verifying drawings and documents; managing design changes; preparing final dossiers; and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas industry.
• At least 5 years as a Project Engineering Manager on large-scale oil and gas projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer in the home country.
• Experience with international oil/gas and petrochemical EPC projects with a TIC of over $200 million.
• Proven experience in design and engineering of oil and gas facilities, familiar with latest engineering and project management practices, including HSE and environmental engineering.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Work location: E&P phase, possibly West Qurna.
