Our team in Milan is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with a focus on Protection for transmission/distribution utility projects and customers.

As a Project Engineer - Protection, a typical day might include:

• Designing power system protection solutions for customers
• Commissioning projects in the field
• Developing relay/controller settings and testing
• Preparing functional design documentation
• Working as a technical lead alongside Project Managers and other Engineers from different focus areas

This job might be for you if:

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field that provides you with strong foundational knowledge
• You have at least 5 years of experience working with protection system relays, including programming, settings, testing, and commissioning
• You understand and have experience with power system studies
• You have power system/substation protection experience
• You are willing to travel up to 50% (more typically 25%)
• You are fluent in Italian and English (other European languages are preferred)
