PROJECT ENGINEER - Buildings Projects in Armenia

We are seeking a Project Engineer for a significant multinational company involved in building projects in Armenia.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience (preferably international) in structured environments and will be capable of coordinating design activities for the construction of a major hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Analyze tender documentation in accordance with public procurement regulations.
2. Coordinate a team of internal designers and external consultants.
3. Interface with clients, authorities, and suppliers.
4. Supervise design, execution, and construction phases of the project.
5. Work effectively in multicultural teams.
6. Manage technical aspects of public and private procurement projects.
7. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and manage related procedures.
8. Apply problem-solving skills and goal-oriented approach.
9. Proficiency in English is preferred.
10. Good knowledge of main software packages (Word, Excel).
11. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM methodologies.
12. Understanding of national and international building laws, technical standards, regulations, and administrative procedures related to public procurement.
13. Knowledge of construction science and technology.
14. Familiarity with technical drawings (structural, architectural, electrical, hydraulic).
15. General understanding of policies related to energy, environmental, and territorial issues, including monitoring and sustainability systems.
16. Knowledge of sustainable development processes, especially energy, environmental, and climate aspects.
17. Ability to plan and manage complex projects related to territorial programming systems.
18. Customer/user orientation.

Experience: At least 5 years in managing turnkey building projects (residential, hotel, shopping centers).

Location: Yerevan, Armenia
