Une entreprise dynamique dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables recherche un Ingénieur Projet pour gérer une gamme de projets photovoltaïques. Le candidat idéal possédera un diplôme en ingénierie électrique, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur, et une solide compréhension des normes et réglementations électriques italiennes. Ce rôle implique le leadership d'une équipe interfonctionnelle, la coordination des activités de projet et la garantie de la qualité tout au long des cycles de vie des projets. Une maîtrise des outils CAD et une communication efficace en italien et en anglais sont indispensables.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en photovoltaïque.
• Connaissance des normes électriques italiennes est un atout.
• Excellentes compétences en communication technique en italien et en anglais.

This full-time position calls for a talented Project Engineer to carry out wide range of renewable projects. This position foresees the support from Roma and Ancona (Italy) administrative office to staff of all organizational level of functions involved in an exciting and ambitious growing environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead all assigned project, manage and coordinate integrated working of project execution work streams including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls. Provide clear and concise status reporting regarding project structure, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues. Manage contracts, claims and change orders with pragmatic problem solving approach. Ensuring compliance with project documentation of operational requirements. Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards. Manage communication between the projects’ parties : internal & external, stakeholders, sub-contractor, etc. Ensuring high-quality and standard achievement throughout the full project plan. Lead a cross functional team and deliver parallel projects against agreed milestones.

REQUIREMENTS : Graduate degree in electrical engineering or equivalent. Knowledge of Italian electrical normative is a big advantage. At least 3 years of experience in photovoltaics. Advanced usage of CAD for power plant design activities. Knowledge of PVCAse and PVSyst is a plus. Knowledge with CEI 0-2 and CEI 0-16. Excellent written and verbal technical communication skills in Italian and English. Strong organizational skills, ability to track and juggle multiple tasks with limited directives. Proactivity and flexibility with horizontal interest for innovative solutions. Good knowledge of Office package.
