Une entreprise internationale, Progeco NeXT, recherche un Coordinateur de Projet à Milan pour gérer des projets de réhabilitation énergétique et de maintenance d'installations technologiques. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ingénierie pertinente et au moins 3 ans d'expérience, avec une forte capacité à coordonner des équipes multidisciplinaires et à assurer le suivi des performances des projets.

Competenze

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en coordination de systèmes technologiques.
• Expérience en gestion de projets multidisciplinaires, surtout systèmes mécaniques.
• Volonté de voyager en Italie.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for managing and controlling projects related to energy redevelopment and extraordinary maintenance of technological plants for Public Administration.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the detailed design activities related to energy redevelopment and extraordinary maintenance interventions.
2. Monitor project progress and define performance metrics against objectives.
3. Ensure project compliance with current technical regulations and company quality and safety standards.
4. Assist during startup phases and execution of construction sites, manage changes during projects, and prepare As-Built documentation.
5. Maintain technical interface with clients according to contracts.
6. Manage the issuance and updating of all technical and economic project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in coordinating the design of technological systems for buildings, including cogeneration, thermal, air conditioning, and photovoltaic systems.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary projects, especially mechanical and instrumentation systems.
• Willingness to travel within Italy.
