Job summary

Zeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions. The Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) seeks a Project Engineer to lead multi-discipline projects, coordinate procurement and manufacturing schedules, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The role requires rigorous coordination with internal/external teams, strong commercial awareness, and fluency in Italian and English. Hybrid work options and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering with relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer within oil&gas.
• Business acumen and commercial sound decision making.
• Results driven with commitment to success.
• Passion for Engineering and Business.
• Must be fluent in Italian and English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Review Purchase Order and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotation.
• Confirm equipment selection and design and perform / coordinate required disciplines.
• Coordinate drafting activities to ensure timely drawings and review customer markups.
• Ensure costs stay within budget and manage changes with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate the Quality Control Department of customer / job specifications.
• Coordinate all technical and commercial correspondence related to the job with customers and partners.
• Notify Accounting when billings are to be sent.
• Site or shop trips; support to sales and application engineer.
