Our IET team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Take ownership to ensure delivery targets

You will be responsible during the project execution phase, from Basic Design through Design Finalization, including site installation of Rotating Machinery and related systems. You will address customer technical requirements, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Engineering execution of projects in terms of scope of supply, on-time delivery, quality, compliance, and completeness.
  • Breaking down the project into manageable elements that can be effectively integrated into the company's systems, generating project baselines.
  • Engineering design activities, technical decisions, and risk management.
  • Leading technical meetings with customers (kick-off, coordination review, HAZOP, close-out, etc.) and leading site surveys when required.
  • Coordinating with site teams to optimize design, specifications, and project configuration for installability and maintainability.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have successfully completed studies in Engineering, Physics, or have equivalent expertise as a Project Engineer.
  • Have good knowledge of industrial and energy products, turbines, centrifugal compressors, and other rotating machinery, including related production processes.
  • Have knowledge of project management, including planning, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Possess good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Be able to identify and solve complex problems during the project lifecycle.
  • Have knowledge of technical regulations and standards (TR&S), especially for EU applications.
  • Have proven experience in design, system, or project engineering, with a technical aptitude and system integration mindset.
  • Be passionate about technical deep dives and professional curiosity.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English.
