Mission

Deliver overall technical solutions on Signalling projects, focusing on Italian High Speed lines, during bidding and contract phases. Ensure proper execution of technical activities, including solution implementation, design costs, documentation, scheduling, and quality.

Accountabilities

• Implement the technical solution effectively according to requirements.
• Manage technical interfaces with Customers and Authorities.
• Communicate project objectives clearly and monitor alignment with schedules.
• Monitor document submission for timeliness, quality, and budget adherence.
• Execute technical activities in line with company procedures, including design reviews.
• Manage technical changes and variations, ensuring traceability and inclusion in cost revisions.
• Maintain and update risk and criticality lists with project teams.
• Oversee document management and configuration control processes.
• Coordinate technical definition and construction document delivery during on-site activities.
• Verify engineering documents and monitor their execution per the V&V Plan.
• Contribute to T&C activities, interfacing with other technology units.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• 3-5 years of engineering experience.
• Knowledge of railway signalling systems, architecture, and products.
• Understanding of ERTMS systems and products.
• Project management, planning, and monitoring skills.
• Interface management and quality assurance knowledge.
• System engineering principles.

Education / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent technical background.

Languages

Proficiency in English.
