Une entreprise en pleine expansion, spécialisée dans les projets solaires de taille moyenne, recherche un Ingénieur Technique pour son équipe en Italie. Le candidat participera à l'initiation des projets, l'analyse de marché, et la gestion des contrats, garantissant ainsi la rentabilité des projets. Ce rôle nécessite une expertise en gestion de projets d'énergie renouvelable et de solides compétences en communication, avec un engagement fort envers la mission de l'entreprise. Le poste est basé à Brescia, en Italie.

You will participate in the development of our portfolio of projects in Italy, collaborating on auctions and overseeing project initiation either jointly or independently with the international development team:

• Market analysis and research:

Energy and ancillary services market regulation;

• Support schemes for renewable energies and energy storage;
• Development steps and procedures;
• Main competitors and M&A opportunities;

Tax system;

Site securitization and obtaining permits and authorizations:

• Selection of service providers and contractors;
• Negotiation of contracts with partners and local authorities;

Participation in auctions and tenders;

Due diligence (technical, environmental, legal, fiscal, accounting, and financial analysis):

• Implementation of business plans to assess project profitability;
• Negotiation of EPC, O&M contracts, and Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs);
• Onsite visits and construction monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Business or Engineering degree (BAC +5);
• Autonomous, analytical, organized, motivated, and dynamic;
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of PVsyst and VBA is a plus;
• Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines;
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written;
• Experience in renewable energy project management or project finance is advantageous;
• Languages: Italian and English required; French is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in a relevant role. Position offered on an indefinite contract.

Smart Energies is a rapidly expanding independent power producer specializing in medium-sized solar projects across Europe. As of September 2024, we own and operate over 550 solar sites in France, Italy, Greece, and Nordic countries, with 160 MWp in operation or under construction, and employ 100 staff. We are also developing storage projects in France and Italy.

Recently, in May 2024, we secured €87 million in funding to accelerate our growth, planning to build over 1,000 projects in Europe in the next four years. In this growth phase, we are expanding our international team and are seeking a Technical Engineer Storage for our Italian team based in Brescia, Italy.
