The studio’s continuous research is grounded in strategies that respond to our evolving environment, viewing innovation as an ongoing experiment.

FLO is made up of curious individuals with diverse yet complementary skills, ranging from architecture, landscape, planning, environment, sociology, and visual arts.

FLO speaks Arabic, English, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish.

FLO is currently seeking a Project Director – Architect specialized in INFRASTRUCTURE (building and transport), with a profile oriented toward design services and team management, meeting the following requirements:

Hard Skills

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience (preferably within internationally renowned firms)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign (mandatory)
• Basic proficiency with Rhino and/or SketchUp (preferred)
• Basic proficiency with Python (preferred)
• Basic proficiency with QGIS (preferred)
• Basic proficiency with Primus (preferred)
• Basic proficiency with project management software (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting business plans related to real estate development (preferred)
• Experience in technical-urban due diligence (preferred)
• Experience in the drafting and supervision of building permits (preferred)
• Experience in the design of infrastructure works (stations and railway lines)
• Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate the team toward predefined goals
• Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams and FLO’s clients
• Demonstrated leadership
• Capacity to enhance team performance
• Ability to motivate the team and maintain workflow
