Job Description: Project Director — 06/06/2025

We are seeking a Project Director to join our EPC team within the Renewable Division.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory standards.
• Managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
• Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and ensuring compliance.
• Overseeing procurement, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring health, safety, and environmental regulation compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring progress and performance, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering; MSc is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of renewable energy technologies, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Proven experience managing large-scale renewable projects within the EPC framework.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
