- Job Role
- The Project Director is responsible for business development, including maintaining current business, acquiring new clients, and expanding STEM’s presence within existing accounts.
- Develops a deep understanding of client businesses, conducts interviews with their leaders, analyzes observational data, presents final reports, and makes strategic recommendations while maintaining ongoing client contact.
- Briefs and oversees an experienced team of field workers, participating in some field interviews with senior leaders.
- Directly or indirectly manages field workers observing healthcare professional interactions with sales, market access, or medical teams, depending on the project scope.
- Develops and stress-tests initial hypotheses during data collection to facilitate tailored presentations and strategic recommendations.

Essential Requirements
- Degree qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Business Studies, Life Sciences)
- Advanced business qualifications (e.g., MBA, certificates) are advantageous
- Experience in Pharma Sales Management, Marketing Management, Business Unit Leadership, or Management Consulting with high-level client interaction
- Consultancy experience within Pharma is desirable but not essential
- Ability to network effectively at senior levels and establish credibility with high-level client executives
- Results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to win business confidently
- Ambitious, capable of working independently, yet a good team player with leadership qualities
- Gravitas and interpersonal awareness to challenge, advise, and deliver solutions
