Linum Consult’s client is an international design and build main contractor, specialising in large commercial and industrial buildings. They are currently seeking a Project Director to join their team on a manufacturing facility construction project in Milan.

The Role

• As Project Director, you will be the driving force behind complex industrial projects across Europe. From design optimisation and performance guarantees through to client relationship management and construction oversight, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative, high-value facilities that push the boundaries of engineering and design.
• You will lead multidisciplinary international teams, coordinate with expert designers and contractors, and remain the key contact for prestigious clients throughout every stage of the project. Your influence will stretch from early design reviews and technical solutions to on-site execution, ensuring excellence and client satisfaction every step of the way.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Civil Engineering, M&E, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years’ proven experience delivering industrial or high-tech building projects.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to unite teams and maintain exceptional client relationships.
• An innovative mindset with the rigour, autonomy, and analytical ability to manage complexity.
• Fluency in Italian & English
