The role involves overseeing the development of utility-scale photovoltaic plants, managing the permitting process, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree and experience in the renewable energy industry, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in project development of utility scale PV plants.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Italian permitting processes for PV plants.

Tailor&Fox - your HR Business Partner - for A Multinational that operates in the photovoltaic sector -, to strengthen its internal structure, has asked us to search for the following professional profile :

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Project Developer for raw land utility scale photovoltaic plants.
• Supervision / execution of the whoe permitting process until the ready to build status, cooperation with the Contruction Managers until the commercial operation date is achieved.

EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :

• Languages : English essential – Fluency in French would be an asset;
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
• 1 – 2 years of experience in project development of utility scale raw land PV plants in Italy and familiarity with the permitting process, from greenfield all the way through to construction. Good understanding of all parts of the Renewable Industry, PV development cycle and experience with negotiating agreements and contracts and in dealing with public administrations and grid operators (GSE, Enel, Terna etc.);
• Familiarity with all the Italian permitting activities / procedures related to the achievement of the ready to build status of the PV plant and grid connection infrastructures as well as the achievement of potential feed in tariffs;
• Knowledge of the main GIS softwares for the land constraints and pre-feasibility analysis of opportunities
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal;
• Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by clear and effective project plans and executive level reporting that ensure timely action and decision making in time-pressured scenarios;

Permanent contract, with salary commensurate with experience.
