Project Development Manager - Italy

Support to Project Managers: Provide ongoing support to Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Review of Technical Project Documents: Evaluate design documents, drawings, calculations, and technical reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

Consultant Interface and Coordination: Collaborate with external consultants and local engineering firms to ensure proper implementation of technical project documentation.

Collaboration with Enlight’s Engineering Team: Work with the Enlight engineering team and other professionals to meet key technical requirements during the project development phase, in compliance with Italian industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Support to Project Managers: Provide ongoing support in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities.
• Review of Technical Project Documents: Evaluate design documents, drawings, calculations, and technical reports for compliance.
• Consultant Interface and Coordination: Collaborate with external consultants and local engineering firms.
• Collaboration with the Enlight’s Engineering Team: Ensure technical requirements are met during project development, complying with Italian regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering); Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience developing projects within Italy; experience with global companies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in reviewing technical project documents.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for solar, wind, and BESS projects is an advantage.
• Italian – Mother Tongue; High level of English (technical, speaking, reading, and writing).
• High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, independence, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Remote role with travel across Italy and occasionally to Israel.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
