A leading company in the engineering field, BlueSnap, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Engineer who will play a critical role in the planning and execution of various projects. The candidate will work closely with Project Managers and external consultants to ensure compliance with technical standards. Strong interpersonal skills and a Bachelor's degree in engineering are required, along with experience in the Italian engineering landscape. This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel across Italy and to Israel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering.
• Experience developing projects within Italy is a must.
• High motivation and attention to detail.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Support to Project Managers : provide ongoing support to the Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Review of Technical Project Documents : evaluate design documents, drawings, calculations, and technical reports to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
• Consultant Interface and Coordination : collaborate with external consultants and local engineering firms to ensure the proper implementation of technical project documentation
• Collaboration with the Enlight’s Engineering Team : work with the Enlight engineering team and other professionals to ensure that key technical requirements are met during the project development phase, in compliance with Italian industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering – a must (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering), Master's degree – an advantage.
• Experience in developing projects within Italy – a must, experience with working with global companies – an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of reviewing technical project documents, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports – an advantage.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to solar, wind and BESS projects - an advantage.
• Italian – Mother Tongue. High level of English (technical, speaking, reading and writing)
• High motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, independent working capabilities, strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to details.
• The role is remote (working from home). The job requires traveling across Italy and occasionally to Israel.
