SMARTENERGY Group AG recherche un 'Project Development Manager' pour superviser le développement de projets photovoltaïques à grande échelle, incluant des communautés d'énergie renouvelable et des systèmes de stockage d'énergie. Le candidat sera responsable de la gestion des processus jusqu'à l'étape 'Ready to Build', en assurant la conformité avec les règlements italiens et en collaborant avec des équipes techniques. Ce poste requiert une formation avancée en ingénierie ainsi qu'une solide expérience dans le développement d'actifs PV.

Competenze

• Expérience démontable dans le développement de projets PV en Italie.
• Compréhension éprouvée du cadre réglementaire italien pour le secteur de l'énergie.
• Anglais courant écrit et oral.

Mansioni

• Gérer le processus de développement jusqu'aux autorisations RtB pour les projets PV.
• Effectuer des évaluations techniques/environnementales pour l'acquisition de projets.
• Suivre le processus de développement de projet, y compris les budgets et les rapports.

Your mission / Objectives of the position

The applicant shall assist the project development department in the acquisition and management of PV projects, Utility Scale, Energy Communities, Green Hydrogen integration, BESS, from site scouting to Ready to Build stage.

Your profile / requirements Tasks and responsibilities

• Manage the development process up to RtB authorizations for PV projects including large-scale PV, Renewable Energy Communities, Solar Rooftops and other self-consumption-based models as well as energy storage systems and integration with our Green Hydrogen development strategy.
• Carry-out preliminary technical / environmental assessments for projects acquisition in cooperation with Business Development.
• Define and follow-up project development process, including timeline, budget, cash flows and all the necessary reports.
• Monitor the preliminary design of projects, with the support of the team, identifying, engaging and supervising engineering consultants, ensuring compliance with the permitting, environmental and construction requirements.
• Monitor environmental and construction authorisation procedures, supervising permitting and licensing consultants, ensuring compliance with the design and construction requirements.
• Liaise with electrical network operators (DSO and TSO), managing web portals, up to grid connection execution.
• Liaise and cooperate with the engineering and construction departments.
• Managing communications, archives, and data flowing between competence centers and the Italian branch.
• Knowledge and managing the initial feasibility and constraints screening activities studies (GIS analysis).
• Back office support : preparation works for filing activities, check list of request documentation, and general support for the development activities.
• Demonstrable experience in developing, asset management, consultancy or advisory of greenfield PV projects in Italy.
• Proven understanding of the Italian regulatory framework related to the energy sector, particularly the development of PV Plants, including environmental and licensing requirements.
• Knowledge of the Italian electricity system - technical and regulatory, including distributed generation regulations plus utilities and related interconnection procedures.
• English proficiency written and oral.
• Project Management or Technical Advisory experience.
• CAD and GIS software user.
• BESS and Wind projects development frameworks knowledge (plus).
