The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Project Development Manager to lead end-to-end development of Solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement to deliver greenfield projects on time and within budget, with travel across the Italian market.

You will guide site assessments, risk management, QA, and cost control, coordinating contractors while ensuring regulatory and environmental compliance.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in business development for onshore projects.
• Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development.
• Fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel.

In this role you will lead end-to-end development of Solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy for a leading BESS platform. You will work within a cross-functional team to deliver greenfield projects on time and within budget, from feasibility to community engagement. You will assess sites, conduct resource analyses, manage stakeholder relations, and drive risk, QA, and cost control. You will coordinate contractors and ensure regulatory and environmental considerations are met while engaging local communities. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with Italian market exposure and travel.
