• Verwalten von Landvereinbarungen und Überwachung des Genehmigungsprozesses.

Job Description:

Leap29 is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading European solar energy developer, committed to delivering a net-zero future across Europe. With a 25GW solar and storage portfolio, our client works on high-impact renewable energy projects that benefit both the environment and communities.

We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to join our client's team in Hamburg. You will manage the development and delivery of solar and battery storage projects, from site selection to permitting, land acquisition, and project execution. Reporting to the Head of Development, you will work closely with local partners and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new solar and storage project opportunities.
• Manage land agreements and oversee the permitting process.
• Prepare projects for investment decisions and report on progress.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on strategic goals.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy project development in Germany.
• Knowledge of administrative and environmental processes in Germany.
• Fluent or native German, with a good level of English (additional English language training can be provided for those who are looking to improve their level)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
