Position Summary:

As the Project Development Director, you will oversee the technical, environmental, and decision-making aspects of the company's projects, both ongoing and new opportunities.

Your responsibilities include coordinating a multidisciplinary team of engineers, environmentalists, agronomists, legal, and financial professionals to achieve the "ready to build" status for projects in photovoltaic, wind, renewable gases, and storage sectors.

You will provide strategic leadership to develop project-specific strategies, report to management, identify and mitigate risks, ensure project profitability, and foster relationships with stakeholders, partners, customers, and landowners.

You will also explore growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation through inter-departmental coordination.

1. Project Management: Oversee technical, environmental, and decision-making aspects; coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

3. Project Strategy: Establish criteria and develop strategies for project success.
4. Project Development: Monitor timelines, transfer projects to construction, support during construction.
5. Opportunity Analysis: Assess feasibility and alignment of new projects.
6. Due Diligence and Evaluation: Conduct legal and technical assessments; evaluate agreements.
7. Stakeholder Relations: Maintain positive relationships with all relevant parties.
8. Economic and Technical Performance: Ensure profitability; report progress and risks.
9. Contractual Management: Manage contracts and coordinate client communication.
10. Process and Protocol Development: Establish management models and protocols.
11. Cost Control and Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs.
12. Representation and External Relations: Act as company representative.
