Generali Global Corporate & Commercial (GC&C)

We are looking for a Project, Data and Process Manager in Multinational Programs, based in Milan, with the possibility to work on a hybrid work scheme.

The role is within the COO function of the Global Corporate and Commercial Business Unit.

Main focus is on digital & data projects for Multinational Programs and Network. It includes ensuring the design, management, execution, rollout, and adoption of digital solutions and functionalities, leveraging business analysis, intelligence, and smart automation tools. These activities are typically cross-functional and cross-geography.

The person will need to ensure data quality, process efficiency, and key functionalities for the Multinational systems supporting and enabling operational efficiency, portfolio, and Network management for Multinational Programs.

Additionally, thanks to the agile and integrated setup of the GC&C COO area, the person will have the opportunity to collaborate with GC&C Business Relationship Management and Project Management central teams, focusing on cross-functional and transformation projects outside Multinational Program, such as AI automation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure enhancement and adoption of Multinational Program Global Tools in accordance with the MP Model, ensuring relevant data quality and completeness.
  • Produce training materials and system and process knowledge documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training for global tools, MP operation skills development, and training for Multinational Programs service teams, Network, and GC&C community.
  • Design, plan, support building and maintenance of business intelligence and analysis tools (Microsoft Excel and Power BI) for stakeholders, and monitor their performance.
  • Project Management: setup, planning, monitoring, change management for digital tools/platform projects, adhering to budget and plan.
  • Manage stakeholders, project reporting, status updates, and presentations.
  • Monitor performance of key stakeholders based on KPIs and engage them proactively to ensure performance standards.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: 3+ years in professional experience; experience in Corporate or Commercial Insurance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Multinational Programs offering and processes.
  • Familiarity with Project Management frameworks, business analysis, business intelligence, and automation skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Power BI), JIRA or DevOps, SAP BusinessObjects is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Problem-solving ability in a timely, agile, and effective manner. Service-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Cross-functional and international mindset, proactive with stakeholders.
  • Time management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
