Role

Project Coordinator Specialist

The Project Coordinator Specialist is the operational point of reference for customers and sales teams, ensuring effective management of daily activities related to projects and commercial relationships. They actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction and the correct flow of information between different company departments.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and sales managers for all day-to-day activities such as managing sample requests, monitoring actual sales against contracts, documentation requests, and briefings on open projects.
  • Analyze sales monitoring reports to meet forecasts.
  • Contribute to internal and external communication.
  • Develop material and presentations for customers and during commercial events.
  • Develop interactions between global, regional and local sales teams and other functions, and implement best practices for the proper functioning of intra-company relationships (e.g., relationship between Sales and R&D).
  • Organize and manage customer visits to company premises.
  • Manage small customer requests (up to sale).
Qualifications
  • Advanced level English (minimum B2) written and spoken.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service / sales support.
  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
