YOUR TASKS

  • Project lead within the Customer & Sales Support department
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks within the project team
  • Represent Customer & Sales Support Export in packaging project meetings
  • Collaborate closely with Regulatory, Graphics, PMO, and customers
  • Implement plans and ensure timely execution
  • Escalate blockers and project delays

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in project or task management and administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Structured and precise working style
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); SAP and CRM are a plus
  • Fluent in English, German and/or Italian are an advantage
