As a Project Coordinator at Linesight, you will work with experienced, diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. In this role, you will:

• Consolidate team action items and track their completion
• Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned
• Create templates to help partners understand and apply data analysis results
• Ensure documentation is well organized and accessible
• Manage annual contract extension matrix and ensure amendments are completed timely
• Develop dashboards for operations and reporting, including real-time progress tracking, trending, data validation, and regional communications
• Prepare reports for leadership highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions based on program data
• Validate imported data with partners and update as necessary
• Support monthly reporting updates
• Assist with vendor programs, including pipeline management, contracts, and onboarding
