About the Role

The Project Control Manager leads the project control team and coordinates the overall project control activities of any size/complexity, including Turn Key projects, in full compliance with contractual requirements, following the Company standard methodology, quality standards, and Project Director/Project Manager instructions.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare, for its area of responsibility, and collaborate in defining the overall Project Execution Plan with the Project Director/Manager and key project personnel such as Procurement Manager, Construction Manager, and Project Engineer Manager.
2. Create and maintain, with the cooperation of and coordination among the Project Control Engineers (cost control, planning, and document control engineers), the project control procedures, guidelines, and standards.
3. Coordinate the finalization and implementation of the project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), involving Project Director/Manager and key personnel, ensuring overall consistency and feasibility in accordance with contractual requirements.
4. Be fully proficient and autonomous in the use and coordination of all necessary Company Tools such as Primavera P6, SAP, Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse, etc.
