Job Summary:

As Project & Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects and contracts to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
  • Negotiate, draft, review, and finalize contracts with suppliers, vendors, and clients.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts and communications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
